This was well worth the money. This exposed a few issues that were easily resolved before we went to market. Tristan made this inspection available to the potential buyers as to demonstrate the excellent condition our house was in. Our Home was only on the market for 3 days before the offers started rolling in. We accepted a Full Price offer 4 days in, and enjoyed an easy sale.
